Shipping Charges:

Flat Fee, UPS Ground, Continental US.
From $0 to $99.99 Shipping is $20
From $100 to $249.99 Shipping is $25
From $250 to $599.99 Shipping is $35
From $600 and over Shipping is $40
* These charges apply to in-stock items for UPS Ground within the continental USA
* Due to their shipping size, all hats priced under $100 will incur a $8.99 handling fee each.

Additional Charges:

Special Order (items not in stock) and Drop Shipment (Manufacturer ships directly to you) = additional $10.00 If we don't have the item(s) you ordered in stock, we will let you know and give you the option to special order the item(s). Some manufacturers will be able to ship the item(s) directly to you, in which case we would give you this option.

APO Shipping

For APO Customers please select "UPS Ground shipping" from the shipping options. No additional charges should apply however we will contact you prior to shipment if additional charges do apply.

International Shipping

When you are checking out please select "International shipping" from the shipping options and finalize your order. We will contact you prior to shipping to confirm all shipping charges. We usually ship via USPS (United States Post Office) for all International orders unless the customer prefers another method. We cannot ship Levi's Strauss Products Internationally.


We will send you a tracking number by e-mail once the order has been shipped. We will supply you with an order tracking number. Tracking Numbers Are Available For UPS And US Post Office Shipments.

Returns Policy

Please call or email us with a reason for return, invoice number and date of purchase. You may return any item with its original packaging, in NEW condition, for any reason, 30 days from date of purchase. Boots worn on pavement will NOT be accepted. Defective items need to be returned with its original packaging within 30 days.

Sale Items 50% off:

All items that are 50% off are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Include a packing slip with your name, phone #, size, and description of the item you need to exchange. Please include your order # if you have them. Upon receipt of your return we will e-mail you on the status of your exchange (We may have to re-order the size you need) You will be charged for freight and/or special ordering costs we incur during the exchange. All returns must be insured by customer in case of a lost package.

Include a packing slip with your name, order #, and the reason for your return. Expect a full refund only if the return is a result of our error.
