Q: Do you ship around the world?
A:     We will ship to most countries around the world. During check-out, the international shipping option states that we will contact you with the shipping charges for your order. We offer two types of international shipping services. There is a regular service which takes about 6-10 days, and an express service that takes about 3-5 days. International Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please note we can't guarantee these time frames due to customs.

Q: How much does international shipping cost?
A:     Due to the fact that our products have various sizes and weights, our Internet order specialist will determine the best shipping rate for your individual order. We will contact you via email shortly after you place your order. To get an idea of what the shipping charges are, here are some examples:
-One Shirt shipping to the U.K. would be about $31 for regular service (about 6-10 days) or $43 for the express service (about 3-5 days).
-One Pair of Boots shipping to the U.K. would be about $43 for regular service (about 6-10 days) or $55 for the express service (about 3-5 days).

Q: I need some western wear fast, can you help me?
A:     Sure! We offer rush delivery if you need your order in a hurry. Our rush delivery is for orders shipping within the Continental US and are shipped via UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, or 3 Day Air. You can give us a call or email to make sure we have everything you need in stock. Even if we don't have it, we might still be able to get it to you in a hurry directly from the company.

Q: How Much is Rush Delivery?
A:     Rush delivery depends on the size and weight of your order, as well as where the item is going. Once your order is placed we will contact you via email or phone to discuss your shipping options. To get an idea of what the shipping charges are, here are some examples:
-One Shirt - Next day is about $35 - 2 Day is about $20 - 3 Day is about $15
-One pair of boots - Next day is about $50 - 2 Day is about $30 - 3 Day is about $25
-One Hat - Next day is about $73 - 2 Day is about $45 - 3 Day is about $25
We get our orders shipped out as soon as we can, but we might not be able to ship your order the same day it's placed. Please let us know when you need the order to arrive, and we can let you know the best possible option we have available.

Q: When is my credit card charged?
A:     When you place an order on Alcalas.com, your credit card is authorized for the amount of the order. Once we have every thing together for your order, We will accept the funds from the authorization to ship out your order. If you have picked international shipping or rush delivery, We will contact you about the shipping charges, and confirm the finalized order with you before any funds are taken.

Q: Do you have my item in stock?
A:     The items for sale on Alcalas.com are the same items we have in stock at our one store in Chicago. Since we share the same inventory, some items may not be in stock in the size you need. In this case we will contact you with options such as special ordering. We also might have similar items available for you. If you would like to know if your specific item is available. You can email us or give us a call at the store.

Q: Do you have more then one location?
A:     Nope. We only have one store and it's in Chicago. 1733 West Chicago Avenue.

Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A:     We do accept PayPal. However, we can only accept payments funded by a bank account or by your PayPal Balance. Please contact Christina in our "Contact Us" section for more information.
