For most returns, there is no need to contact us. Simply choose the return policy below that applies to you. You may return any item with its original packaging, in NEW condition, for any reason, 30 days from date of purchase. Boots worn on pavement will NOT be accepted. Defective items need to be returned with its original packaging within 30 days.
All items that are 50% off are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Include a packing slip with your name, phone #, size, and description of the item you need to exchange. Please include your order # if you have them. Upon receipt of your return we will e-mail you on the status of your exchange (We may have to re-order the size you need) You will be charged for freight and/or special ordering costs we incur during the exchange.
