Recieved my blouse from Alcalas, and love it!  My Fiance and I were surprised to see the little hat  when we opened the package with our order.  We are to be married on Feb. 27th and were having a "western themed" wedding.  Now our baby, Bijou, will have her western hat too!!

Dear Owner, All of my life I wanted to own Cowboy boots. A longtime friend of mine from the southwest side of Chicago highly recommended that I visit your store. He certainly was RIGHT!! In the last 3 weeks, I have purchased 2 pairs of Corral brand boots; one in light tan python and one in black python. My first salesman was Jose and the second salesman was Conrad. Both were OUTSTANDING!! They were both extremely knowledgeable about your products as well as very courteous and professional. They both made me feel special which allowed me to have an EXCELLENT shopping experience. Furthermore, I was impressed with the free maintenance program that you offer.

Dear Richard, I have purchased three pairs of boots from you over the years, and never knew about your cleaning and conditioning service that you provide for free, and I have to tell you that today I was absolutely astonished. I brought in three pairs of boots, had one resoled, and they were hardly recognizable they were so beautiful. I left my fourth pair to be repaired and conditioned and i look forward to seeing how they turn out as well. During this economy, businesses are cutting back on service , so I was especially surprised and pleased to have such quality work done on my boots at no charge.

Hi Rich,
I had dropped off my beloved pair of 20+ year old boots on May 1st for their first repairs ever. They were in dire need of new soles and new heels, but I wasn't about to just let *anyone* touch my boots that I wear almost daily. I received my boots on Monday and I almost cried - one, because I was so happy to have them back and two, they looked and felt beautiful!! Your repair people did such a great job and I am so thrilled with the results. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my old boots and restoring them to their former glory!! Also, your store was WAY too much fun and my daughter and I found way too many boots and belts that we loved. Will have to start saving hard for another trip back! To the entire staff at Alcala's western wear,  A buddy of mine and I were going to check out a couple of western wear stores in Chicago just to get sized and maybe buy a pair of boot each.  I tell you what, we were very surprised at how well we were treated.  We dirtied up your store and tried on about 6 or 8 different boots each until I was happy with the one I liked.  Conrad worked with about 4 different customers including myself, and kept up with all of us!  Conrad ran around that store like nobodys business; he works hard for every penny he makes, and deserves more!  We both walked out of your store with a pair of boots each, and didn't even want to go to the other stores that I had addresses for.

I thank Conrad and your entire staff for all of the great hospitality you gave us!  What a great drive from Montgomery, it was very worth the trip, and we will (at least I will) be back to buy a couple of shirts that I liked, and maybe a jacket that looked great, too!  Thanks again, your new returning customer, Dennis

I just wanted to send a brief email thanking Alcala's for their attention to customers. All too often in today's marketplace it is either impossible to find someone to help or difficult to understand them. I bought a pair of boots and some shirts at your store this evening and even though it was later on a Saturday evening, Conrad spent time understanding and helping me find exactly what I needed. His enthusiasm in his job was both noticed and appreciated.  I had not previously visited your store but it will now be my "Go-to place" for any future western wear needs.

Needless to say, here in NJ there is a shortage of western shopping, just a lot of overpriced urban cowboy stuff. While recently in Chicago on business for two days I discovered your wonderful store. I only had a few minutes but your hat person made it easy, steaming and all. I'm back in November (with my wife this time). You're the real deal; I thought I was back in TX!

I got these boots yesterday and they look great just love them. I have not tried them on yet but I am sure they will work out just fine.
